JOB DESCRIPTION :-

-Machine Operating and setup the parameters according to products.

-Handling machine process & fault

-To release the manual condensation valve of extruder plumbing rack, DDC,Dryer before start the production

-To check the quality of the product.

-Preparation of all daily production reports, process monitoring report, weight control report, and dimensional control reports.

-Die Knowledge & Die Assembly.

-Die fixing ,cutter knife fixing and alignment

-Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve per set production targets.
