    Job Overview

    This role is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of a building under construction. It requires a deep understanding of how these systems impact the overall construction process.

    • Actively engage in initial design development to ensure MEP services align with project requirements.
    • Review designs for compliance with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring timely approvals are obtained.
    • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from IFC drawings to manage material procurement effectively.
    • Evaluate equipment and materials against technical specifications and obtain necessary approvals before use on site.
    • Collaborate with procurement teams to develop technical submittals for vendors and subcontractors as per client-agreed protocols.
    • Foster strong working relationships across various disciplines involved in service design projects.
