- Design and implement Total Rewards programs policies and processes, salary administration, short-term and sales incentive plans, employee benefits, executive compensation administration, workers compensation and retirement plans in India.
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about current associates population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
- Timely review of existing comp.& ben policies to support company operations and strategy meeting with local legislations to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Manage all aspects of compensation& benefits, administration associated with new hires, transfers, terminations and promotions leading to change in associates compensation and benefits.
