- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including presentations, agendas, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between the leader and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics for shared services operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute communications on behalf of the leader.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of updates, initiatives, and announcements to relevant stakeholders.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into operational efficiency and performance.
- Organize team meetings, workshops, and offsite events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Manage vendor relationships for services supporting operational needs.
- Support budgeting and expense tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role, preferably in a global or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
