Description

Role Involves ownership for QMS implementation and maintainence.

Responsibilities

1. Document control and issue of document
2. Control of inspection, measuring and test equipments
3. Product identification traceability and test status
4. Incoming product verification and testing of bought out components & verification of raw materials.
5. Validation of inspection gauges
6. Analysing line rejection and rework data for recommending preventive action(s).
7. Product & Process audit and layout inspection.
8. Responsible for maintaining "A Place for Everything and everything on its place"
9. Ensuring proper execution of CAPA across departments
10. Verifying the effectiveness of implementation and control of non-conforming products/ processes
11. Legal Compliances of Applicable Standards including Documents of External Origin
12. Occupational Health and Safety Performance
13. Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and suggested improvements
14. Organizing Management Review meetings and maintain KPI data and document records
15. Control of quality record, internal quality audit
16. Identifying IMS related problems encountered in area of activity, initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety
17. IMS Deployment, Updation and Continual Improvement
18. Maintenance of Statutory Records and Reporting Legal Compliance status to Top Management
19. Identification of Improvement Objectives and Related Programs with Periodical Evaluations.
20. Support the Safety Officer in compliance of their Statutory Roles.
