• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance calendar

• Raid or Array Group Management
• Diagnostic event logs
• Performance / Space Utilization Trend Analysis based on availability of the OEM ReportingTool
• Zone administration
• Necessary support for restoration or drill
• Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
• Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
• Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
• Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management
• Monthly call analysis
• Managing and reconfiguring replication
• Audit of administrator accounts
