Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new leads, communicating with potential clients, conducting sales activities, and conducting research to support lead generation efforts. This role is primarily based in Jaipur but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• New Leads, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
• Convincing Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English is compulsory
• Research skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  

Note : Monthly payout for the role will be between 20k - 40k and its completely traget based job.

The first month will be a test and trial for you where you will get 30 days time to show what exactly you can do for the company. Based on your performance your job will be finalized. So during the 1st month we don't want you to leave your existing job and then start as your final joining for this role completely depends on the results of the assignment.
