    Responsibilities:
    • Manageincoming customer inquiries for a payment platform via phone chatand email and provide solutions to endusers.
    • Document case resolutions in the contactcenter tool based on clientcommunication.
    • Ensure cases are resolved withinthe case life cycle.
    • Escalate highpriorityissues as per client specifications to the immediate lead ifnecessary.
    • Work both independently and as partof a team.
    • Maintain effective communicationwith internal and external contacts.
    • Deliver anexceptional customer experience.
    • Adhere toquality standards on all handledcontacts.
    • Follow the work schedule and beprepared to start work on time.
    • Manage contactswhile meeting projectdefined targets: response time handle time andresolution rate.
    • Undertake any additional tasksthat may enhance client service or improve yourKPIs.
    • Participate in trainingsessions.

    Requirements:
    • Professionalfluency in Swedish German Danish or Finnish (C1 level) and English(B1 level) both spoken and written.
    • Priorexperience in an outsourced customer service environment is aplus.
    • EU citizenship or a valid work permit forLatvia.
    • Computer literate with a minimum typingspeed of 50 wpm at 90% accuracy.
    • An optimisticfriendly positive and selfdrivenindividual.
    • Ability to work in ateam.
    • A serviceoriented profile with a focus onproblemsolving.
    • Ability to work shifthours/parttime (as legally permissible) and adapt quickly tochanging priorities.
    • No negative remarks in abackground check such as a criminal record and willingness toundergo such a background check process during the recruitmentprocess.
