    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Help clients to develop results-driven strategies, which include financial spreading and modelling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research
    • Assist clients with complex financial modelling assignments in the Private Equity and private credit space, working on a variety of models such as LBO, DCF and Investment models
    • Valuate a variety of securities such as equity, debt and convertibles
    • Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses by applying experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc.
    • Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations
    • Conduct quality checks of client deliverables
    • Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes
    • Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building financial models from scratch
    • 4-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis, including financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, benchmarking, company profiling, capital structure, debt analysis, etc.
    • Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top-tier business school.
