- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve growth targets while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, leading experimentation to identify and scale new growth opportunities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and regularly report on performance to key stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations that can amplify our brand and drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Manage existing accounts, including implementing marketing alliances/offers and driving upselling of payment gateway services.
- Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities while launching new business categories on the application.
