    Job Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition - Thane (Mumbai)

    • Talent Acquisition Manager oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies
    • Conduct in-depth search, interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification
    • Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios
    • Work with the Business, HRBP's, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
    • Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy
    • Involve in participating & implementing key critical TA projects & initiatives in the region

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 6- 10 years of experience in HR Recruitment
    • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
    • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
