    Job Title: Marketing Associate (Fresher) – Social Media & Digital Ads

    We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across social media platforms, setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Ads, and tracking campaign performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Management:
      • Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
      • Plan and schedule social media posts using automation tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
      • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content to enhance audience reach.
    • Google Ads & Ads:
      • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & Ads.
      • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid campaigns.
      • Track ad performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements for better ROI.
    • Content Creation & Strategy:
      • Assist in writing engaging ad copies, captions, and blog posts.
      • Design basic visuals using Canva or similar tools for social media campaigns.
      • Research industry trends and contribute to digital marketing strategies.
    • Performance Tracking & Analytics:
      • Track social media insights, Google Analytics, and campaign performance.
      • Create weekly/monthly reports on engagement, ad performance, and lead conversions.
      • Recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Prior experience with Google Ads, Ads, or Facebook Ads is a plus.
    • Good writing and creative skills for ad copies and social media content.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
