    Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Data COE

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Genpact as a Manager for the Data COE (Center of Excellence) within the GIU (Growth Intelligence Unit). GIU provides accounts, competitive intelligence, and knowledge insights to our front-end teams to help them with the next best action to help them sell more and sell better.

    As a Manager in the Data COE team, your primary objective will be to leverage all existing proprietary, third-party, and client data to prepare meaningful dashboards that enable data-backed insights. You will also be responsible for integrating different datasets to provide forward-looking actionable insights and assisting up the right infrastructure to ensure fast and efficient access to information for anyone at Genpact. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in infusing analytics across the market and competitive intelligence teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Growth Operations team to create a data lake from different sources, including internal data sources as well as 3rd party databases.
    • Assist the Data Lead in making the right decisions on infrastructure to create data lake and data-driven infrastructure.
    • Create data-driven dashboards to derive insights, trends, and forecasts.
    • Based on the data & insights, work closely with GIU leads (Competition and GTM teams) to support problem-solving, hypothesis generation, research, and insight generation, ensuring high-quality output.
    • Strong storytelling and data visualization skills to translate data into insights & actionable leadership stories.
    • Interpret and break down case requirements into actionable task items for the team, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
    • Embrace challenging analytical problems and stay updated with the market to develop cutting-edge solutions across disciplines.
    • Support the process of translating business problems into machine learning (ML) problems and create ML solutions to produce desired customer business outcomes.

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.). Advanced degree preferred.
    • Mathematics and statistics background is preferred in addition to experience building complex machine learning models.

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Strong experience in data-based visualization & storytelling
    • Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated technical experience working with technologies related to industrialization of artificial intelligence, machine learning and/or deep learning.
    • Hands-on experience in building complex statistical models in some of the following:
    • Supervised – Classification, Regression, Time Series forecasting
    • Unsupervised – Clustering, Anomaly detection
    • Prescriptiveanalytics – Linear and non-Linear optimization
    • Strong communications skills should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders and client maps.
    • Excellent implementation skills in Python and/or R, SQL and (preferably) PySpark with hands-on experience of analytical tools and techniques such as Power BI.
    • Well versed in dealing with large datasets and using ML/DL libraries or packages
    • Deep understanding of the Gen-AI tooling ecosystem including knowledge and experience of Kubernetes, MLOps and AIOps tools (mandatory)
    • Proficient with Excel, and PowerPoint
    • (Good-to-have) Familiar with Cloud services (AWS) related to AI/ML
