    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as the CEO Franchisee for our new venture into the tea industry. This role will be pivotal in spearheading the establishment and growth of our new tea brand under the Boby Chemmanur International Group umbrella. The CEO Franchisee will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the tea brand's operations, from strategic planning to execution and expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business strategies and plans for the successful launch, growth, and sustainability of the new tea brand, aligned with the overall objectives of Boby Chemmanur International Group.
    2. Brand Development: Lead efforts to define the brand identity, positioning, and messaging that resonates with the target market. Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
    3. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the tea brand, including production, supply chain management, quality control, and distribution channels. Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    4. Franchise Development: Design and implement a franchise model for the expansion of the tea brand, including identifying potential franchisees, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing support and training.
    5. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the tea brand. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve profitability targets.
    6. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to drive the success of the tea brand. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the tea industry. Use insights to adapt strategies and tactics to maximize market share and revenue growth.
    8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, franchisees, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CEO, General Manager, or similar, with a track record of success in launching and growing businesses.
    • Strong understanding of the tea industry, including market dynamics, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
    • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and goals.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee operations, meet with stakeholders, and explore new market opportunities.
