    Job Description :

    We are seeking a skilled Pega Platform Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Pega Platform environment, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega Platform architecture, deployment, and administration best practices.

    Key Skills & and maintain the Pega platform, including CDH / CVM applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability.Should have good experience in deploying Pega in OCP environment and experience of automated deployments via Jenkins CICDInstall, configure, and upgrade Pega platform components, including application servers, databases, and middleware.Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical problems and optimize performance.Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to protect Pega applications and data.Manage user access and permissions, including role-based access control (RBAC), LDAP integration, and authentication mechanisms.Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to team members and end-users as needed.Stay updated on the latest Pega platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.Collaborate with vendors, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new features and capabilities.Location - Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai

    Responsibilities :

    • Administer and maintain Pega Platform environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
    • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and high availability within the Pega environment.
    • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and configure applications on the Pega Platform.
    • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
    • Work closely with infrastructure teams to provision and allocate resources as needed for the Pega environment.
    • Stay current with Pega Platform releases, patches, and updates, and implement them as appropriate.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to users and developers as needed.
    • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing activities to ensure business degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of [X] years of experience in administering Pega Platform environments.
    • Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification preferred.
    • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Pega Platform versions [X.X].
    • Strong understanding of Pega Platform architecture, including components such as application servers, databases, and messaging systems.
    • Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting Pega applications.
    • Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls within Pega environments.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
