    Roles and Responsibilities;

    • Preparation of Ind AS Compliant standalone and consolidated financial statement and handling audit.
    • Working knowledge of Budget and MIS, identify variance and analysis thereof
    • Supporting Income Tax and Secretarial Department (Sharing & vetting information for XBRL, DPT3, FLA Return, Annual Report, MGT
    • Assessments, ITR, and Transfer Pricing etc.)
    • Experience of handling Related parties Transactions in group environment
    • Understanding of Accounting of Business Combination and Fair Valuation requirements and Internal Financial Control (IFC).

    Skills Required:

    • Proficient knowledge of IndAS, Schedule III, CARO and Auditing Standards.
    • Analytical Skills & solution oriented mindset
    • Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act & FEMA
    • Expert knowledge of MS office
    • Experience of Working in SAP
