    Performance Marketing Manager - B2B Marketplace/Polymers


    Our client acts as a distribution portal that is technology-enabled, focusing on polymer and thus making the trading process for both buyers and sellers easy and efficient.

    They act as a one-stop-shop and handle all the aspects in-between buying and selling such as logistics, payments, insurance, etc.

    They focus on contributing to the polymer-dependent SME sector in India and the benefits of their portal include end-to-end solution, technology-led, saves time for the buyers and sellers, digital payment, timely delivery, etc

    Our Pune-based client has, approx., 2500+ existing buyers across 25+ states and 700+ locations. They are dealing with, approx., 50+ polymer companies across 120+ locations. They cover various industries such as packaging, automotive, medical, consumer durables, electronics, etc.


    As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, planning, and implementing comprehensive campaigns for brand promotion and market share growth.


    What you need to do:

    • Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across social media platforms.
    • Managing ad campaigns across multiple channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights to optimize campaigns.
    • Analysing data and generating insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
    • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as creative, analytics and product teams to drive growth and optimize campaigns.
    • Monitoring campaign metrics and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
    • Staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Managing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.

    What you need to have:

    • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 24+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media platforms.
    • Strong experience in PPC, Google ad words, FB/ Meta ad words.
    • Strong digital marketing skills with experience in campaign management, optimization, and reporting.
    • Experience with social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business goals.
    • Ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within the allocated budget.
