    Overview:

    The InsideSales Cloud Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companysrevenue by effectively managing and expanding the customer basethrough sales efforts and cloud solutions. This role is vital inimplementing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customerservice to meet and exceed salestargets.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Proactively reachout to potential customers to promote cloud solutions and generatesales leads
    • Utilize CRM software to track andmanage customer interactions and salesprocesses
    • Effectively communicate the value ofcloud products and services to potentialcustomers
    • Negotiate sales contracts and termswith clients to ensure mutually beneficialagreements
    • Collaborate with the sales team tomeet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall companysuccess
    • Provide timely and accurate informationto customers and develop strong customerrelationships
    • Stay updated on industry trendsand cloud technology advancements to provide informed solutions tocustomers
    • Identify and pursue opportunities forupselling and crossselling cloud services to existingcustomers
    • Follow up on leads and inquiries andconvert them into successful sales
    • Participatein sales meetings trainings and events to enhance product knowledgeand sales skills
    • Prepare and deliver salespresentations and product demonstrations to potentialcustomers
    • Coordinate with marketing teams toalign sales efforts with promotional activities andcampaigns
    • Monitor and report on salesactivities and customer feedback using sales performancemetrics
    • Contribute to the development andimprovement of sales strategies andprocesses

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in inside salespreferably in cloud solutions or IT Solution technologyindustry
    • Demonstrated success in meeting andexceeding sales targets and KPIs
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Strongnegotiation and persuasionabilities
    • Proficiency in using CRM software andsales management tools
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamic salesenvironment
    • Sound understanding of cloudcomputing concepts andservices
