- Develop and implement short and longterm sales strategies and plans for the assigned product.
- Work with the marketing and product line managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer requirements.
- Close coordination and work effectively together with other stakeholders to meet the customer's requirements and expectations.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly update reports on pipelines, targets, budgeting achievement, forecast accuracy, review of new opportunities and business plan.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the creation and management of key sales documents, including pricing calculators, legal templates, and service agreements.
- Manage and reinvent client discovery processes to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain uptodate knowledge of industry regulations.
- Participate in activities as and when required by the company such as trade exhibitions, meetings, and training courses.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and meet clients' specific needs.
- Manage sales operations, including the management of system integrations and the efficient use of sales tools and technologies, to ensure operational excellence.
- Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Min years of experience in software sales, preferably from the SaaS industry
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors and customers
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products and existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent with sales planning, forecasting, value selling and networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, selfdriven and has a positive attitude towards learning and development
- Good verbal and written English communication skills, with exceptional influencing, and interpersonal management skills
- Analytically strong, teamoriented with a strong interest in a consultative selling approach
