    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead our integration projects. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

    Technical Expertise

    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Architecture, focusing on Java/J2EE and integration technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Core Java technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST, and ESB (Apache Fuse/Oracle Fusion).
    • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, SOA, and data transformation techniques.
    • Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).
    • Experience with frontend technologies such as AngularJS, Flask, and Node.js is a plus.

    Leadership & Management

    • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on integration projects.
    • Ability to represent our culture and core values, ensuring they are cascaded through the organization.
    • Track record of delivering high-performance products in a global, distributed development environment.

    Education & Personal Attributes

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Action-oriented with a sense of ownership and pride in work.
    • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eagerness to learn new technologies and approaches quickly.
