    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Finance to oversee all financial aspects of our operations.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
    • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and profitability through sound financial management.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
    • Lead the annual financial audit process and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the textile sector.
    • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors.
    • Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate financial risks.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience (X years) in a senior finance role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
    • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
