    About the Role:

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Java Full Stack Angular Trainer to join our training department. This role is designed for a professional with solid experience in Java and Angular frameworks who is eager to share knowledge and help develop the skills of new and existing team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Curriculum Development: Create, revise, and enhance training modules and materials focusing on Java, Angular, and related full-stack technologies.
    • Training Execution: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to the needs of new hires and current employees to boost their technical capabilities in full-stack development.
    • Mentorship: Offer ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, assisting them in mastering both foundational and advanced concepts.
    • Performance Assessments: Design and implement regular assessments to measure progress and the effectiveness of the training program.
    • Feedback Incorporation: Continuously collect and integrate feedback from trainees and other instructors to improve the training experience.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure that training content is aligned with current industry standards and project requirements.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Java and Angular development, including hands-on experience with full-stack development processes and technologies.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to a varied audience.
    • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Java, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks and tools used in full-stack development.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to teaching and development.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various learning styles and techniques to reach different audiences effectively.
