We are seeking a Technical / Business Analyst with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Python experience.This will will be a 100% remote job.
Must be able to provide partial overlap with the US PST timezone (ie.
9:
30pm to 1:30am IST or 2:30am to 6:30am PST)

The AI-ML team is a newer team within this client and they are small but growing rapidly.
We currently are building our team and need experienced individuals that can experience to join our team and hit the ground running.
We do not have an existing AI-ML team located offshore. So, this resource will need to work efficiently and professionally with little direct supervision.Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and decision-making.
Your expertise in Tableau will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting needs.2. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize complex data in a user-friendly manner.4. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.5. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and team members, in a clear and concise manner.6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the analysis process.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and Tableau functionality.Required Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.3. Strong proficiency in Tableau, including creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.4. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.5. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.2. Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.3. Familiarity with other data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView.4. Knowledge of data modeling and data governance principles.5. Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
