As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager who will drive our business forward in the regions of Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab.

    Job Summary :

    The Regional Sales Manager will lead our sales efforts in specified territories and will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective strategy and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries, demonstrating a capability to forge significant business relationships and execute growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure the achievement of sales targets and company objectives within the region.Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve maximum productivity.Build and maintain enduring relationships with key business clients to secure long-term business opportunities.Regular travel to client sites within Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab to conduct face-to-face meetings and understand client needs.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies that enhance product offerings and marketing efforts.Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to upper management, showcasing performance, potential challenges, and opportunities for growth.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries.Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing a sales territory.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hind
