    Role Summary:
    We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in managing and optimizing Facebook ads and supporting the creative team by providing actionable insights from performance data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to guide them on performance data and ensure data-driven creative development.
    • Conduct performance testing and provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes.
    • Support day-to-day tasks related to performance marketing and data management.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have managed 10-15 Lakh rupees per month on Meta.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
    • Familiarity with performance testing and digital marketing concepts.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Basic understanding of Media buying is a plus.
