Responsibilities:
Provide personalized guidance and support to students interested in enrolling in our programs, helping them understand the curriculum, learning outcomes, and career prospects.
Assist students in identifying their strengths, areas for improvement, and professional goals, and develop tailored education plans to help them achieve success.
Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by students regarding our programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, or other related matters.
Organize and conduct informational sessions, webinars, and workshops to promote awareness of our programs and engage with prospective students.Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process for students, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to registration.
Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and educational best practices to provide relevant and timely guidance to students.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes using our CRM system.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance counselling skills and knowledge of our programs.
