Position Overview:

EC Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics and content marketing.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored strategies, and deliver effective solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries and concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work within scope.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital marketing offerings and deliver innovative solutions.
• Take ownership of problem-solving, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members at all levels.
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and ability to think outside the box to solve problems and drive innovation.
