    KeyResponsibilities:
    Manage and lead thetendering team to ensure timely and accurate submissions oftenders. Develop and maintain acomprehensive knowledge base of the tendering process includingrelevant regulations procedures andstandards. Analyze tender documents identifyrequirements and prepare bid responses in line with customerneeds. Ensure that all tenders comply withcompany policies and procedures. Coordinatewith relevant departments to ensure all necessary inputs areprovided in a timely and accurate manner.
    Liaise with clients to clarify requirements answer questions andnegotiate terms as necessary. Evaluate bidsreview contracts and negotiate terms andconditions. Monitor and report on thetendering process to senior management including progress againsttargets and potential risks. Manage thehandover process to the relevant department upon award of thetender. Develop and maintain relationshipswith clients suppliers and otherstakeholders.
