    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role
    • Proficiency in Office360, Microsoft, Citrix, and VPN
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
    • Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
    • Conduct system performance evaluations and implement necessary adjustments
    • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and communicate effectively with clients
