    Job Description:-

    The Employee Engagement Specialist will build experiences in the workplace to ensure all associates feel

    valued, pride in their purpose and supported at every phase of their employment with

    the company.

    He/she will be focused on promoting a positive organizational culture

    and will be primarily responsible for the

    creation and execution of internal employee engagement and Human Resources communications.

    What Youll Do / Key Responsibilities -

    Contribute in the End to End (E2E ) client onboarding process primarily in the

    area of Lead generation, Know how of B2B sales , data gathering for

    client/Industry research , apply validation techniques.

    Interacting with Prospect leads to gaining their trust and understanding requirements.

    Prioritize and plan key target clients for Cold Calling , Follow up meetings, coordinate with Sales Team Leadfor maximizing conversions of prospects to onboarding.

    Collaborate and facilitate key meetings with the Sales team and/or other internal

    stakeholders from time to time.

    Good knowledge of using digital platforms for sourcing new business

    opportunities. (ex LinkedIn)

    Coordinate between Sales Team and customers for business development.

    Strong inclination for data mining/analyzing of companies and individuals proles

    as part of Lead Generation.

    Key Requirements /Skills/Experience

    Experience (Minimum & preferred) - 1 to 3 years

    Qualifications (Minimum & preferred)- Graduate ,

    MBA

    Comfortable in working with multiple geographies i.e Middle east, USA, Europe, APAC.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
