- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the inside sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings.
- Reaching out to decision makers in corporate and generating sales lead through calls and email.
- Ensure delegates registration and monitoring of collection of fees in close partnership with the accounts and operations teams.
- Follow up on pending payments
- Networking with the delegates present on the day of the event
