    Description

    Role Purpose :
    Inside Sales core responsibility is to bring attendees for our events and trainings business. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.


    Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the inside sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
    • Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
    • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings.
    • Reaching out to decision makers in corporate and generating sales lead through calls and email.
    • Ensure delegates registration and monitoring of collection of fees in close partnership with the accounts and operations teams.
    • Follow up on pending payments
    • Networking with the delegates present on the day of the event
    • Feedback collection
