• Strategically allocating budgets across various growth levers to optimize performance and ROI.
• Own revenue & PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces
• Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.
• Responsible for the growth/demand charter for the categories end to end across all channels.
• Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and Profitability metrics are met.
• Oversee a team of marketplaces & operations for multiple categories.
• Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.
• Relationship management across all Marketplace channel partners, planning for marketing budgets spent across channels.
• Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth.
