    • MBA from a Premier B School


    • At least 3-5 years' experience in the Modern trade or FMCG industry is an advance.


    • Fluent common both writing and spoken English and local language proficiency.


    • Computer skill Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


    • Strong negotiation and convincing skills are high priority

    Key Account Manager – MT is responsible for driving sales and leading the team in the MT, maintaining healthy relationships with the customers, ensuring Availability, Visibility, Assortment, and Merchandising for all brands, and driving his/her team to achieve the targets. S/He will work closely with the Regional Manager MT, sales leadership team, and other key stakeholders to drive strategic growth in the modern trade channel.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead the team to achieve channel sales target via MT growth strategies.


    • Leading the engagement, establishing the relationship with MT customers and business partners
    • Negotiating and closing deals at multiple levels (Vertical/ Horizontal) of Customer Organization and strengthening balance of power through strategic influence & leveraging brand muscles.


    • Develop and implement marketing activities via customer collaboration.


    • Coordinate with the Channel marketing team to ensure implementation of all national launches/re-launches in MT.


    • Regular communication to the customer on Availability, Visibility, Assortment & Merchandising to achieve presence for all Wipro brands.


    • Generate and lead for generating shopper and customers insights in order to plan channel/customer marketing strategy.


    • Continued focus on competitor activities/behaviours in the marketplace.


    • Train and coach team members in MT and drive the capability accelerating agenda of both internal team and business partners.


    • Manage and lead distributors that service in Modern Trade channels
