We are hiring for Customer Service Associate (Inbound) for Mumbai Location

• Minimum Eligibility - HSC and Marathi Linguistic also mandatory
• NO SALES - NO COLLECTION, Purely for INBOUND Customer Service
• Candidates with Experience of Customer Services & EDU-TECH Process will be added advantage
• Freshers are also welcome with excellent communication skill set
• PURE DAY SHIFT 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM for Female & 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM for Male
• Should be flexible for Rotational Weekly off and COMPLETE WORK FROM OFFICE
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication with Interpersonal Skill
• Should be Vaccinated with 2 dose & Aadhar Card Linked with Mobile Number
• Good computer literacy for maintaining records and report
