Description
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Recruit, train, andmotivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors. Collaborate with the team to negotiate and secure favorable terms with key partners. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales plans with overall business objectives. Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and monitor progress against targets. Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion and penetration. Lead initiatives to enter new territories and increase brand presence. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
