    Job Description:
    This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment where you will be responsible for spreading Talentgum's unique approach to learning. Your primary responsibilities include identifying potential customers (parents and students), setting up meetings, counseling students on learning pedagogies, and introducing them to Talentgum's fun extracurricular learning environment.

    You will also be required to take on Revenue Responsibility. This role falls under the B2C sales function for our India / International clients. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & Reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • New Customer Acquisition: Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels, preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, consistently achieving revenue targets, and proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Understanding customer requirements and providing insights to improve product portfolios based on customer interaction/feedback.
    • Operations and Reporting: Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities, ensuring highest customer satisfaction, and identifying references from existing customers to increase sales pipelines.

    Requirements:

    • A knack for sales and positioning ideas.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Ed-Tech organization.
    • Comfortable working on weekends (weekly off on a weekday).
