Technical Copywriters are responsible for preparation of long-format Articles, Emails, instruction manuals and brochures with the main goal to simply communicate, complex technical information, easily in a consumable manner. They also develop, gather, and disseminate technical information among customers, designers, and manufacturers (as may be required from time to time).

The person

You will be responsible for understanding and producing high-quality & highly understandable documentation/emails/communication with the goal to improve the success of our clients' products/brands.

Responsibilities

• Study & absorb product information
• Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details when required
• Collaborate with client marketing & technical staff
• Analyze and manage existing and potential content
• Create and maintain the information architecture/ flow of communication dissemination
• Write consumable high-quality audience specific copy that meets brand & technical standards (depending on the media format)
• Brief team members on specifics where illustrations, videos or supporting material is required to be developed
• Coordinate with internal agency teams (client servicing, creative development, etc.) to ensure final format of work is rendered
