    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Marketing and RFP Specialist to join our Pershing EMEA Corporate Office team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role requires the candidate to work from 1pm to 10pm IST. It is located in Chennai and is hybrid.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    • Review responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Proposal (RFP). Review client presentations
      • Proofread, edit and format proposals
      • Provide graphics expertise—using templates to ensure brand consistency and best practice
      • Quality control of final electronic submission
    • Help develop presentations and supporting materials for proposal pitches
    • Maintain and improve written and graphic pitch materials, including annual review
    • Help maintain and improve RFP database—write precise, well-written narratives for non-technical proposal inquiries

    You will work closely with the Vice President, Corporate Office EMEA and members of the EMEA Client Group and wider deal team.

    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

    • Strong project management, communication, organisational, attention to detail, written (including editing and proofreading), and verbal skills
    • Ability to balance workload, prioritise, and work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude
    • Possess knowledge in design and/or design principles—proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word. Video editing skills desirable but not essential
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience desired
    • 3+ years of related experience preferred; experience in the securities industry is preferred
