    Main Duties:

    As part of the Global HR Operations Team, the Talent Sourcing Specialist will partner closely with business, HR & Recruitment teams across the Group to manage the sourcing for top technical talent at a global scale.

    As a key contributor to building a Global Sourcing Centre of Excellence at SYSTRA you will own the sourcing delivery, growth and further development of our sourcing value proposition across the Group.

    Responsibilities includes some of the following:

    • Sourcing: Drive excellence, standardization and improvement of processes while leading key sourcing projects and initiatives across multiple regions: MEA, EMEA, North America & ASIA
    • Ensure robust and diverse Talent pipelines are generated to fill talent acquisition needs across SYSTRA. You develop comprehensive talent mapping & pipeline projects, both internally and externally and via best-in-class direct sourcing and candidate generation techniques.
    • You engage, identify and attract passive technical senior-level talent in the transport infrastructures and system, ranging from Systems Engineers & Technical Directors, Engineering Managers, Civil Engineers, Project Managers and Project Directors.
    • Collaborate with recruiting and staffing teams and a wide range of cross-functional teams, including mobility, to ensure the overall team meets performance metrics.
    • Establish strong relationships with local Recruiting & Staffing Leads, Hiring Managers & HR teams to understand their business and external hiring needs.

    Qualifications:

    We are looking for an established Sourcing professional, with a proven track record working with complex technical & engineering sourcing projects.

    • Previous experience of large recruitment delivery projects, across engineering/ technology sectors with a clear focus on sourcing and candidate attraction methods.
    • Should have 3 to 5 years of sourcing experience in Transportation Industry (Railways, Metro, High-Speed, LRT)
    • You should have exposure to having implement targeted sourcing strategies for key projects, including candidate identification, assessment, development, hiring recommendations, and referrals.
    • Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors/ CRM) to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates.
