• Looking for a Smart, presentable female candidates
• Able to handle reception and broadline calls.
• Experience required: minimum 2 to 3 years.
• Fluency required in English Communication.
• Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails/papers reporting complaints or work requests.
• Always maintain professional appearance.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the facility.
• Collaborate with other members of the Sodexo on-site team, to dispatch as well as collect the work orders established after receiving a request through mail/phone/paper.
• Handling VVIPs Escortings and meeting room bookings, etc.
