Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida sector 68 , India, for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, qualifying prospective clients, maintaining a pipeline of potential customers, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients and decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate our IT services offerings and value proposition
  • Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and keep conversations productive
  • Schedule meetings for senior team members
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up tracking
  • Consistently achieve outreach and opportunity generation targets
