About the Role:

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about accuracy and efficiency to join our Air Tickets Audit & Reconciliation department. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the identification and claiming of refunds from airlines on eligible tickets issued via GDS (Global Distribution System) - this will include processing of all valid refunds including fully unutilized / partially utilized & No show tickets accurately through the GDS systems.

Requirements:

1. In-depth Airline Travel Ticketing knowledge, GDS Systems Knowledge & proficiency in using GDS systems, especially Galileo & Amadeus is essential.

2. Ability to read & interpret the Airline ticket in detail.

3. Ability to read the Ticket PNR history to identify the status of tickets.

4. Strong Understanding of ticket Fare Basis & Rules: A thorough comprehension of fare construction and rules is required to excel in this role.

5. Basic understanding of Excel & MS Office.

6. Effective Communication Skills: Good knowledge of English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

7. Willingness to work from any NCR location as per company requirements.

8. Freshers not required. Experience in Ticket and Reservation of Travel Agency, GDS systems, Airlines & Airline Fares and ticketing essential
