    Description

    We have openings in various areas, including development, design, search, platform, test, quality, big data, front end, and back end. As a core team member, you'll estimate engineering efforts, design changes, implement and test them, push to live, and help resolve production issues. We're looking for dynamic, collaborative, and curious individuals as we create new experiences, enhance existing products, and develop distributed systems that empower financial strength worldwide.

    Versatility, leadership, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges across the full-stack are key attributes we seek as we continue to drive technological advancements.

    Your responsibilities will include writing product or system development code, participating in design reviews, reviewing code, enforcing clean code practices, and contributing to a world-class technology system. You'll work closely with Product Managers to exceed customer needs, maintain documentation, triage issues, and participate in system architecture discussions.

    Basic Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    5+ years of software development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Golang, Python, Ruby) with data structures or algorithms

    3+ years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, or Web Scraping experience

    1+ years of experience in software design and architecture (e.g., test-driven development, functional programming patterns)

    TypeScript experience is required

    Strongly desired: Web scraping experience, Banking API, and AWS experience

    Advanced Requirements (preferred but not required):

    Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field

    In this role, you'll work in the office for a standard 40-hour workweek. We believe that face-to-face interactions among team members are crucial for fostering a dynamic and productive environment. Being present in the office enables seamless communication, quick decision-making, and spontaneous collaboration, contributing to project success.

    Compensation:

    Your expected earnings could include a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. This pay range is just one component of our total rewards package, which considers factors like job level, location, and skillset.

    Please note that applicants must have the legal right to work in India without the need for sponsorship. We are unable to provide work sponsorship for this role, and candidates should be able to verify their eligibility to work in the country independently. Proof of eligibility will be required as part of the hiring process.
