    Role Overview: The Assistant Operational Manager will be responsible for supporting the operational management of Flixstock india pvt ltd.     Roles and Responsibilities:

    Quality Management:

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall operational quality.
    Team Management:
    • Supervise and lead the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task completion.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    Timeliness and Task Management:
    • Oversee the timely completion of operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve any issues.
    • Monitor and manage the Turnaround Time (TAT) for operations tasks.
    Cost Optimization:
    • Analyze operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
    • Explore and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
    • Optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity within budget constraints.
    Data Management and Analysis:
    • Utilize strong MS Excel skills to maintain and analyze operational data.
    • Create reports and present data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making.
    • Implement data tracking systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
    • Identify trends and patterns in operational data to drive process improvements.
    Tech-Savviness:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends relevant to operational management.
    • Explore and recommend technological solutions to enhance operational processes.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate tech tools for improved efficiency.
