- Bachelor/Master's degree in English/Communication
- 2+ years of Technical Content Writer experience, Google Analytics, and SEO
- Experience with content ideation, creation, optimization, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture critical metrics
