    Product Analytics Specialist

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Specialist with 2-8 years of experience in Product Analytics. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leveraging data and insights to drive and optimize product performance. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Data Science, to provide valuable insights that support business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform comprehensive analysis of product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

    2. Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and models to measure marketing and product performance, customer behaviour, and ROI.

    3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and multivariate tests to optimize marketing campaigns and channels.

    4. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

    5. Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer segmentation, acquisition channels, conversion rates, and lifetime value to identify opportunities for customer growth and retention.

    6. Work closely with Product Management to analyse user behaviour, product usage, and feature performance to inform product development and enhancements.

    7. Collaborate with Data Science teams to leverage advanced analytics techniques, predictive modelling, and machine learning to uncover actionable insights.

    8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices in marketing and product analytics.

    9. Present findings, recommendations, and insights to cross-functional teams and senior management in a clear and concise manner.

    10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the analytics team, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

    2. 2-8 years of experience in Marketing and Product Analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

    3. Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

    4. Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, experiment design, and multivariate testing.

    5. Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation tools.

    6. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling visual representations of data insights.

    7. Knowledge of predictive modelling, machine learning, or data mining techniques is a plus.

    8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex analytical projects.

    9. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    10. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
