    We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team based out of India The Inside Sales Specialist will be representing our US client/partner Serigor Inc.

    ) and will be responsible for outbound sales, prospecting, generating and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline, getting past gatekeepers, and other prospecting-related tasksThis candidate MUST have a strong understanding of the Information Technology (IT) sales and/or US Staffing Sales process with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experienceCandidate MUST be ready to work in US Shifts (7 PM 4 AM IST)

    100% Remote / Work from Home allowed for ideal candidatesLocal candidates preferred. Our office is in West Delhi, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110018

    Responsibilities

    Generate new business via cold calling to CXO folks across North AmericaFollow up on inbound marketing leadsSell/Upsell/Cross sell IT Solutions and IT Staffing services to new and existing clientsDeliver unparalleled customer experience by resolving customer issues as and when requiredGenerate and maintain a list of potential clients on an ongoing basisWork with geographically dispersed members of this teamGenerate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email CampaignsManaging social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter

    Requirements


    MUST be willing to work in Night Shifts / US ShiftsMinimum 1-3 Years of Inside Sales or Lead Generation experienceMinimum of 1 year experience selling IT Solutions or IT staffing services in US geographyBachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

    MBA in Sales and Marketing highly preferredExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong Interpersonal skills, conversational skills and active listening ability to build a strong rapport with potential clientsHighly motivated, energetic, and outgoingAbility to work individually as well as a team memberAbility to work on multiple tasks with global team membersSome experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RainKing, DiscoverOrg, Zoho etc
