    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a leading luxury resort chain in Munnar. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Munnar, Kerala, India, with a seniority level of 7 to 10 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
    • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage all food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service
