• Proficient in managing relationships and negotiations with large consortiums of banks, with a focus on Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
• Demonstrated success in raising equity funding from Venture Capitalists (VCs) and Private Equity (PE) firms.
• Handson experience in managing structured financing.
• Accountable for audit processes related to financial management.
• Exceptional control over internal systems and processes.
• Strong ability to navigate and optimize financial operations.
