Hello As a sales executive for a facade company, your primary responsibility would be to promote and sell the company's facade products and services to potential customers.

Facade refers to the exterior of a building, including elements such as cladding, windows, doors, and architectural features.

Your role as a sales executive will involve various tasks and responsibilities, including:

Lead Generation:

Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences. This may involve regular communication, follow-ups, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Product Knowledge:

Gaining a deep understanding of the company's facade products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages over competitors.

Sales Presentations:

Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the company's products and services can meet their specific requirements.

Quoting and Proposals:
Providing accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals based on the client's project specifications.

Negotiating terms, prices, and project details with clients to close deals and secure contracts.

Market Research:

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Working closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.

Customer Service:

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent after-sales support.

Sales Reporting:
Keeping detailed records of sales activities, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular reports to management.

Attending Trade Shows:

Representing the company at trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products, generate leads, and network with potential clients and partners.

Continuous Learning:
Staying informed about advancements in facade technology, industry standards, and building regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
